Procurement Manager- OHE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Procurement Manager – OHE with 2–3 years of experience in Railway, Metro, or EPC projects. The role involves managing procurement activities specifically for Overhead Electrification (OHE) materials, vendor development, PO management, and ensuring seamless material availability for site and project requirements.Manage the complete procurement cycle for OHE materials such as fittings, hardware, cantilevers, droppers, insulators, ATD components, catenary/conductor materials, clamps, brackets, and associated items.Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors as per IR/Metro/EPC procurement norms.Prepare and float RFQs, develop comparative statements, and issue Purchase Orders.Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Planning, and Stores teams for understanding BOQs and material requirements.Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of OHE materials at project sites.Negotiate terms, prices, delivery schedules, and quality conditions with vendors.Verify technical specifications and ensure compliance with RDSO/railway standards.Maintain procurement trackers, PO status reports, and delivery schedules.Work with Finance for invoice processing, payment follow-up, and documentation.Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, compliance norms, and audit requirements.Support audits by maintaining complete documentation such as POs, BOQs, test certificates, vendor approvals, and quotations.

Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
