1.Network Security Engineer – Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and manage network security solutions (Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, etc.).
• Monitor network and security systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Manage and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and security devices.
• Perform regular updates, patching, and system maintenance.
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for deployment and support.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and support activities.
• Track support tickets and ongoing tasks to ensure timely resolution and smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in network security or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and network security concepts.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of network/security devices.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or security certifications) will be an added advantage.
