Responsibilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (email marketing, campaigns, customer journeys)
- Basic HTML/CSS/SQL [Not mandatory. Good to have]
- Jira workflow experience
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical tools
- Should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact directly with marketing/campaign owners
- Perform basic QA checks to ensure campaigns follow brand guidelines and are error-free before launch
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as delivery, open rates, and clicks, and prepare simple reports
- Help troubleshoot basic campaign or data-related issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain campaign documentation, checklists, and execution trackers
- Learn and follow internal naming conventions, folder structures, and governance standards
- Coordinate with Marketing Ops teams to support campaign execution timelines
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for campaign execution and document learnings
- Stay updated on marketing automation best practices and platform features through training and self-learning
- Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting new automation features and processes
