Measurement Engineer Civil Doors and Frames

Job Title: Measurement Engineer (Civil) – Doors & Frames

• Conduct door opening and door frame opening measurements at project sites.
• Inspect and record site wall alignment and running wall details to ensure installation accuracy.
• Measure and verify carpentering requirements such as door hinges, fasteners, locks, and other fitting points.
• Prepare detailed measurement sheets for fabrication and installation teams.
• Ensure correct unit conversions between inches, feet, and millimeters.
• Verify measurements during pre-installation and perform checks post-installation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, carpenters, and project managers to address any discrepancies.
• Maintain organized documentation of all site visits and measurements.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in site measurement for doors, frames, or façade components.
• Proficiency in surveying tools (laser measures, levels, measuring tapes, etc.).
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills with on-site teams.
• Ability to work independently and travel to multiple project locations.
