Job Purpose

To manage Partner relationship & internal team  for business development/delivery in the respective span of control

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

·       To ensure implementation of strategic initiatives in the bank branches for achieving the assigned target

·       To organize regular activities with the partners for achieving results by strengthening the relationship with the partner

·       To ensure fulfillment of manpower deployment as per the plan

·       To manage & Support the Team consisting of BMs/RMs in the Zone

·       To resolve issues of internal/external customers of channel partner and ETLI team

·       To maintain a high level of productivity in all the key business vectors of the team

·       To ensure execution of lead generation activity and maintain high quality of business

·       To coordinate with the zone level leaders for business development in the assigned territory

·       To nurture & retain talent to curb attrition at BM and RM level

·       To ensure regular training programs on products & process for channel partner and ETLI team

·       To ensure branch activation in the zone

To address and resolve client issues on sales & service  with channel partners

·         Monthly MWPI Target Achievement (issuance) = 100%

·         Monthly Branch activation > 60%

·         Retention of RMs with level upgrade in Career Progression > 70%
