RPA / .NET Developer
Experience: 3.5 –10 Years
Location: P1: Bangalore (Hybrid); P2: Pune/Chennai

Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Senior Technical Lead – RPA / .NET for the Edge Services Division to design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑scale automation and application solutions. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in RPA and .NET technologies, along with the ability to take ownership of solution quality, mentor team members, and contribute to technical decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions to automate business and technical processes.
• Develop and enhance applications/services using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs).
• Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Integrate RPA bots with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution for RPA and .NET components.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of automation solutions in production environments.
• Contribute to process optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required
Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web APIs).
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Understanding of end-to-end automation lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Good to Have

• Experience integrating RPA with APIs, web services, and legacy systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for RPA or .NET applications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
