Job Description – Finacle Presales Support (Technical)
Role Summary
Responsible for deployment, maintenance, and support of Finacle solutions used for client demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs). Ensures stable, scalable, and demo-ready environments across cloud platforms to enable successful presales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage end-to-end Finacle demo environments (IDI/BCG) across regions
- Ensure demo readiness with minimal turnaround time and high stability
- Perform installation, configuration, data hydration, and scenario setup
- Provide technical support during demos and POCs, ensuring quick issue resolution
- Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and performance issues
- Manage containerized and cloud-based deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Support solution integrations across Finacle modules and APIs
- Collaborate with product teams for bug fixes, patches, and enhancements

- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

- DevOps & automation tools: CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible/Terraform
- Scripting: Bash / Python
