Responsibilities:-

• Executing a release which includes feature prioritization, work breakdown and allocation, risk management and communicating to stake holders
• Expected to explain the requirement in detail to the team
• To identify and solve/breakdown the complex problems into smaller problems
• To identify the logical boundaries in the problem domain and come up with the models
• To participate in design reviews and contribute
• To drive the Agile delivery team and ensuring defect free delivery

Required Skills:-

• Expertise in Advanced Node.js, SQL, NoSQL, Webservices
• Should have worked on profiling tools for NodeJS applications
• Expertise in design patterns, preparing Artifacts using Visio and UML diagrams Solution Diagram, Sequence Diagrams
• Expertise of building service oriented high- volume, n-tier transactional applications with scalability and near 100% availability
• Possess good knowledge on coding related metrics tools and derive value out of it
• Ability to fully design and produce end-to-end technical specification for software systems
• Ability to solve problems independently irrespective of the complexity
• Expertise in Application Availability and Performance Monitoring, Performance Tuning, Load Balancing etc
• Expert in Version Control- TFS/ SVN/ GIT and Continuous Integration
• Understanding of the DevOps processes and execution, standard Coding practices, Test Driven Development
• Expertise in Openshift, PCF, Docker, Kubernetes will be plus
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Should have managed 8-10 size teams
• Experience in BFSI (Banking, financial services and insurance) is preferable
