Position: Associate Business Analyst- EV, JL4
Location: Open to Bangalore, Noida, Pune
Who Can Apply?
- Candidates pursuing an MBA in Finance, graduating in 2025/2026
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen interest in banking and financial technology
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact with global clients
- Passionate about digital transformation, fintech, and innovation in the banking domain
- While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science will be considered a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Work closely with global banks to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable Finacle solutions
- Problem Solving: Identify gaps in banking operations and propose innovative, technology‑driven solutions
- Solution Implementation: Support end‑to‑end implementation of Finacle's digital banking suite
- Market & Industry Research: Analyze trends in the banking and fintech space to support solution design and strategy
- Pre‑Engagement Consulting: Drive RFP responses and deliver bespoke solution demonstrations to prospects and establish fitment and generate client value.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, product managers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
