Junior Estimator

Primary Responsibilities

• To provide accurate estimates and BOQs as per design specifications.
• To provide correct technical specifications in tender documents.
• To compare estimated BOQs with actual executed BOQs and analyse deviations.
• To build market knowledge, collect updates, and ensure effective information sharing.

Role Description (Key Responsibilities)

• Prepare accurate estimates, BOQs, and technical specifications based on design portfolios within the stipulated clauses of the LOA.
• Prepare accurate rate analyses.
• Ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
