Description
· Lead and manage educational projects independently.
· Develop and deliver educational content and assessments.
· Conduct research on educational trends and best practices.
· Analyse performance data of questions and identify trends.
· Create and maintain reports on educational research.
· Conduct student interviews and create remediation strategies.
· Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
· Facilitate workshops and training sessions, including those for the Education Specialists.
· Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Education Specialists in the team.
· Oversee and ensure the quality of work produced by the team.
· Manage projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.
· Stay up-to-date on educational technology and trends.
Requirements
· Strong understanding of educational theory and best practices.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
· Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
- Master's degree in Humanities subject, education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in education, curriculum development, or assessments, with a demonstrated record of leading projects.
