We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive who enjoys building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. In this role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for customers after their purchase, helping resolve queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale.
  • Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Track customer requests and follow up until complete resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.
  • Provide product-related guidance and support whenever required.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with relevant teams to improve processes.
  • Build long-term relationships by delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer conversations while staying organized.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
