Program Overview
Internship (3–6 months):
· Focus on core sales skills, product immersion, and shadowing senior consultants.
· Outcome: Promotion assessment based on performance.
Sales Consultant (Full-time):
· Take ownership of sales opportunities.
· Close LMS and tech-service deals.
· Manage and grow client relationships.
· Outcome: Fast-track to Account Executive or Product Specialist roles.
Key Responsibilities: -
During Internship
· Learn the product inside-out – grasp
platform architecture, APIs, data flows, SaaS licensing models.
· Market research & lead generation – map
universities, enterprises and channel partners.
· Demo support – build demo environments,
assist in solution walkthroughs, gather prospect requirements.
· Sales toolkit creation – draft decks,
one-pagers, ROI calculators, and tailored proposals.
· Shadow & report – accompany senior
consultants on discovery calls, note pain points, and prepare debriefs.
As Sales Consultant
· Own the full sales cycle – prospecting to
close for LMS, implementation, and analytics services.
· Solution consulting – translate
functional/technical needs into platform fit; coordinate with pre-sales
engineers.
· Pipeline & forecasting – maintain CRM
hygiene, deliver weekly commits, and exceed quarterly targets.
· Stakeholder management – present to CXOs,
IT, L&D, and procurement; negotiate commercials and contracts.
· Thought leadership – represent the company
at webinars, conferences, and publish insightful content
Requirements
Education: MBA (2024/2025 batch); B. Tech/B.E. or strong technical acumen preferred.
Tech Skills: Understanding of SaaS, LMS, APIs, SSO, analytics dashboards. Must be comfortable building demo instances, running basic SQL/BI queries, and understanding cloud deployment models. Quick to learn integrations like Canvas, Moodle, CRMs, and payment gateways.
Communication: Very strong written/verbal English, confident in demos/webinars, and skilled in slide design.
Analytical: Ability to size markets, benchmark competitors, and frame ROI. Familiar with CAC, LTV, ARR, and payback period.
Growth Mindset: Hustler attitude, curious about Ed-Tech, adaptable, coachable, and proactive.
Nice-to-Have
- Certifications in cloud (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) or data analytics.
- Experience in campus societies, hackathons, or Ed-Tech projects.
- Familiarity with consultative frameworks (SPIN, MEDDPICC) or gamification models (Octalysis).
