We have an exciting opportunity for young energetic MBA – HR/Psychology freshers to be part of a growing organization called Embark. Selected candidates will be inducted as HR-Interns for a period of 4 months and will be paid stipend during this period. Post training, based on performance, we would absorb deserving candidates on the rolls of the organization.

A Brief description of the role is provided below :

  1. Conduct market and talent research to identify potential candidates using diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
  2. Build, organize, and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on niche and hard-to-fill roles for GCC clients.
  3. Initiate outreach to passive candidates, assess initial interest, and support relationship-building efforts to create a strong candidate network.
  4. Collaborate with recruiters, team leads, and hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  5. Assist in developing innovative and effective sourcing strategies while staying updated on emerging recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
  6. Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), support sourcing reports, and track key recruitment metrics.
  7. Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization professionally and promoting its value proposition to attract high-quality talent.

 

Preferred candidate profile:

  1. Postgraduate degree MBA in HR/ Psychology background with a strong academic record (CGPA of >7/ 10 ).
  2. Base graduation in B.E and a recruitment experience as intern will be an added advantage.
  3. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  4. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills .
  5. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools .
  6. Self-starter with an aptitude for structured thinking and attention to detail.
  7. Interest in HR trends, talent strategy, and the evolving client landscape in India.

Ability to develop HR models from the research.
