Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate (BSc IT, BCA, BE, BTech, or equivalent)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of Windows OS / MacOS

• Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)

• MS Office / Google Workspace

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Good problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset

Requirements

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to Active Directory / Azure AD

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts

• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice)

• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS – basic level)
