Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates for open roles.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements and company culture.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market dynamics
• Ensure smooth Recruitment experience by coordinating on various recruitment activities.

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience or understanding of sourcing and talent screening processes. Strong project management capabilities and savvy in organizing multiple tasks. - Confident in communication and building relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
• Adept at leveraging social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.
• Track record of cultivating diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusivity in the talent acquisition process.
• Analytical aptitude to use data in improving sourcing activities and meeting KPIs.
