| Maintaining Monthly Service Booking |
| Arrange OEF, check point approval, Payment Term approval and ensure timely booking of Service PO |
| Ensure timely submission of EMD, PBG etc |
| Maintain Proposal & Cutomer order data base in server |
| Timely submission of Tender via Hard Copy / On-Line |
| Verify order w.r.t. submitted proposal and raise query on time if any. |
| Verify SO w.r.t. to customer PO and raise query on time if any |
