Lead and develop a team of Application Engineers to deliver on-time, right-first-time project quotes, partnering with regional Sales and Project Pursuit teams to win customer business. Drive team performance through clear KPIs (error rate, productivity, hit rate, service levels), rigorous quote reviews, and well-defined AE selection guidelines that shape smart, competitive proposals, including MIB and new product opportunities. Act as technical consultant, trainer, and project lead on high-priority deals, from customer meetings through order entry and shipment, while continuously improving quality, productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction.
