Job Description: Senior/Lead Engineer – Product Packaging ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Candidate will be responsible for designing Primary / Secondary & Tertiary packaging for Existing / New products & their Accessories • Develop new packaging systems and/or improve existing packaging systems to meet standards of quality, function, cost and merchandising using established and well-defined engineering procedures using CAD software • Solicit quotes from suppliers and consult with purchasing and production departments to determine the costs and feasibility of producing the proposed packaging • Collaborate with various functions in the organization like Product Management / Sourcing along with outside suppliers to determine cost & feasibility of proposed packaging • Provide Innovative, Creative & Sustainable packaging solutions for Sustaining & NPD projects

- Education: Bachelor's degree required
