JOB SCOPE (describe an overall summary of the job responsibilities)

•Luggage Handling of Guests.

•Escorting guests through check-in process,security related checks & to the boarding gate.

•Carry out luggage to passenger's drop off point

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (describe the major duties of the role in the order of importance)

•To assist passengers with their luggage.

•To help passengers identify and retrieve their luggage from thse baggage belt

•To escort the passenger through the check in process

•Escort the passenger & safeguard his /her luggage's till the completion of Immigration/Customs & other related security checks

•To helps the passenger to put the baggage on X-ray machine as & when needed

•To escorts the passenger to the lounge/boarding gate as per the package offerings

•Determines size of baggage cart to safely carry luggage to passenger's drop off point.

•To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS (state the minimum experience, knowledge, education, language, technical skills, travelling requirements of this position.)

•Minimum 10th pass/12th pass from any recognized/related board or university.

•Good communication skills, motivated, responsible, physically fit, knowledge of Airport is must.

•Prior Experience with Ground handling/ Aviation Industry or any other related industry.
