5. Must know about  Material Grades
6. Candidate must know about thickness of Job / Material while working on welding
7. Candidate must know various types of welding
8. Candidate must know and understand about welding penetration
9. Candidate must have work experience of welding process
10. Candidate must have hands on experience on GMAW and GTAW
11. Must be able to read and write the daily reports in English
