Grant & Fund-Raising Specialist Vacancy: 1 Location: Goa Enigmasoft Technologies is an R&D-focused organisation working across advanced engineering, clean technology, and digital innovation. A significant part of our work involves securing grant funding and structured capital to support technology development from early stages through commercial deployment.The company operates across multiple funding ecosystems and requires high-quality technical and financial documentation to support its innovation pipeline.This role provides direct exposure to complex funding mechanisms, senior-level decision-making, and strategic project development. Team members play a key role in shaping how innovation projects are funded, structured, and advanced toward commercialisation.Roles and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end preparation of grant funding applications and fund-raising documents. Own technical, commercial, and impact narratives for funding submissions. Interpret funding call documentation and map requirements to project capabilities. Coordinate with engineering, R&D, finance, legal, and management teams for inputs. Develop project descriptions, work plans, budgets, risk sections, and impact statements. Review and refine junior team members' drafts to ensure quality and compliance. Prepare investor-facing materials including pitch decks, funding notes, and summaries. Manage submission timelines, reviewer queries, and resubmission strategies. Support post-award reporting, compliance documentation, and audits. Contribute to improving internal templates, processes, and funding strategies.
