Location: Bhopal,Madhya Pradesh,India

• Experienced in managing Predictive Dialer technology.

• Able to effectively communicate and comprehend instructions in English.

• Knowledge of voice telecommunications technologies, including PBX, ACD, AOD, IVR, Chat, SMS, Predictive Dialers and Voicemail.

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & strong written communication skills.

• The CRM Delegated Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, strategizing and creating custom solutions for the all CRM applications that are related to the Call Center.

• Act as Technical and systems liaison between EBS and Client IT and Operations staff.  Lead all technical aspects of client project  on-boarding.

• Act as company's internet police, monitoring internet and email-use while ensuring adherence to company's usage policies.

• Desired but not required: experience with VoIP and website designing.
