Designation

: Jr. Product Associate

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes

Analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform product strategies and decision-making

Collaborate with the design team to provide feedback on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design elements

Ensure designs align with user needs and product goals

Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate product functionality after every release

Identify bugs and areas for improvement, ensuring the product is functioning as intended before launch

Create detailed product documentation and user guides

Develop use cases to clarify product functionalities and support development teams

Support the marketing team by creating product-related content for campaigns, presentations, and other promotional activities

Collaborate with marketing team to ensure content is aligned with the product's value propositions

Required Skills

High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making ability

Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and provide insights

Familiarity with providing feedback on UI and UX design, experience with Figma is a must

Strong writing skills for documenting product features, use cases, and creating marketing content. Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools is preferred

Exposure to data tracking and analysis tools. Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Knowledge about Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is preferred

Self-driven and enthusiastic about technology, with a keen willingness to embrace and learn new technologies

Capable of working independently without constant supervision

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, coupled with a collaborative attitude towards teamwork

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility to adapt to the requirements of various technologies as per project needs

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or any equivalent qualification in a related discipline

Proficiency in tools such as Figma (for design feedback and collaboration), Sketch, mock flow, Confluence (for documentation), Microsoft Suite, data tracking and analysis tools

The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 years
