Product Associate

Conduct in-depth research to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform product strategies and decision-making. Collaborate with the design team to provide feedback on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design elements. Ensure designs align with user needs and product goals. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate product functionality after every release. Identify bugs and areas for improvement, ensuring the product is functioning as intended before launch. Create detailed product documentation and user guides. Develop use cases to clarify product functionalities and support development teams. Support the marketing team by creating product-related content for campaigns, presentations, and other promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing team to ensure content is aligned with the product's value propositions. Flexibility to adapt to the requirements of various technologies as per project needs.

The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 years. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or any equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
