Sr. UI and Automation QA Engineer

Apply proficiency in various QA methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, aligning with the company's development process. Utilize QA testing tools and frameworks, including test management and defect tracking systems like JIRA and TestRail. Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements, create detailed test plans, and define test objectives, strategies, and timelines. Execute functional, regression, and performance testing of software applications to identify issues. Identify, document, and manage software defects throughout their lifecycle, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Stay current with industry best practices and QA methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the overall quality assurance process. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality within the team. Coordinate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to guarantee high product quality and timely releases.
