Telemedicine Executive

AlternaCare is a health consultation platform. With AlternaCare people now can consult experienced doctors over video or telephone call from the comfort their home and office - be it anytime of the day or night. The impaneled doctors carry immense experience and expertise across specializations such as General Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Ayurveda, Homeopathy and more. Post consultation Alterna Care sends a digital prescription over SMS and email, delivers medicine and facilitates lab tests.

We require a Telemedicine Executive for the following KRA :

Telephonic follow up with patients for consultation payment, sharing reports, medicines and starting treatment advised by doctor Calling and collecting feedback from existing Alternacare patients on their experience Follow up with patient on follow up date advised by doctor to measure effectiveness of treatment Executing payment collection through payment collection channels, medicine delivery and making lab tests bookings and coordination. Facilitating Lab tests & Medicine delivery for patients

Good Communication Skills is a must - English & Hindi

Education - B.Pharma or M.Pharma or any other medical background ONLY

Exp - 0 to 1 yr

Location : Lajpat Nagar 2 (near metro station) Work Days : 6 days working , no night shift
