Executive - Shift

Pluckk is hiring a Shift Manager to run on-the-floor operations at our Bangalore Distribution Center during their assigned shift. The role is fully hands-on — you will be the single point of accountability for everything that happens on the floor during your shift, from inbound receiving and quality checks of fresh produce to picking, packing, dispatch, and rider handoff. You will lead a team of floor associates, supervisors, and pickers, and ensure orders move out on time, accurately, and at the right quality. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, solves problems in real time, and can hold a team to high operating standards.
