Engineer Trainee

We are looking for a motivated Engineer Trainee to join our team. The trainee will undergo structured training and work under the guidance of senior engineers to gain hands‑on experience in engineering processes, tools, and best practices. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking to build a strong technical foundation and practical exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in daily engineering tasks and project execution.
• Learn company processes, standards, tools, and technologies
• Support design, development, testing, and implementation activities
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations
• Participate in training programs and knowledge‑sharing sessions
• Analyse data, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams when required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of core engineering concepts
• Understanding of relevant software/tools (CAD, programming, automation, etc. – role specific)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and logical thinking
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) Preferred from IIT & NIT.

  • Streams: Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / IT / related discipline.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
