Graphic Designer

About the role

We are a small but focused design team. Our goal is to completely redefine the user experience of greenhouse robotics and automated greenhouses.

This includes:

* Making our products, both physical and digital, aesthetically pleasing
* Polishing every touchpoint of our brand
* Making sure every UI interaction is simple, tactile, effortless and fast
* Communicating ideas in a clear, understandable, beautiful way

We are looking for an exceptional graphic designer with a strong work ethic to join our team. Apply if you:

* Are ready to constantly grow and learn, no matter if it's new software or techniques
* Have strong design fundamentals - layout, typography, colors, flow of lines & shapes, focal points and how those are applicable across different design disciplines
* Are ready to take on a task even if you have little or no expertise in the area. You have to be ready to learn fast, fail and iterate
* Have one or more of the following in your software stack: Figma, Illustrator, Cavalry, Rive, Affinity Suite
* Are a self-starter who can figure stuff out when needed instead of finding reasons why you can't
* Are a team player and do not take criticism personally

Bonus, but much less important:

* Experience building software products
* Experience with Svelte, WebGPU, three.js
* Experience designing physical things
* Experience with Blender
