Job Purpose

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between trained candidates, educational institutions, and corporate employers. This role is responsible for driving student mobilization, building strategic partnerships with college Principals, securing placement opportunities with corporate HR teams, and managing day-to-day ground operations to ensure timely project targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Management & Alignment

• Act as the primary point of contact for college Principals, college management, and training center operations teams.
• Build strong, sustainable relationships with corporate HR managers, talent acquisition heads, and industry partners to identify current job openings.
• Seamlessly align and match the skilled candidates from the ongoing training programs with relevant job vacancies.

2. Employer Onboarding & Placements

• Proactively market the CSR skilling initiative to new corporate employers to bring more companies on board for hiring drives.
• Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, pooled interviews, and job fairs in partnership with participating colleges.

3. Candidate Mobilization & Enrollment

• Work closely with college administrators, local communities, and stakeholders to support candidate mobilization efforts.
• Ensure maximum enrollment of eligible candidates into the training tracks with the active support of college stakeholders.

4. Daily Operations, Targets & Field Reporting

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for candidate enrollments, employer onboarding, and final job placements within the defined project period.
• Submit accurate daily reporting logs and progress updates to the project management team to ensure timely archiving of targets.
• Maintain strict transparency in operations by conducting mandatory field activities, including Geo- tagging photos of all college visits, employer meets, and mobilization drives.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Social Work (MSW), Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in CSR skilling projects, placement management, student mobilization, or institutional corporate relations.
• Skills:

• Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (specifically with academicians and corporate HRs).
• Result-oriented with a strong track record of hitting operational targets under tight schedules.
• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using field tracking apps for geo-tagging, check-ins, and basic reporting tools (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
