Channel Business Manager

We are looking for a Distribution Manager / ASM to lead channel expansion, distributor management, and retail network growth across Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur (advantage: Gujarat) and Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad (Kerala – plus) and Delhi NCR. The role requires strong exposure to consumer durables/electronics/appliances and proven relationships with distributors, modern trade, and large format retailers. Recently, ValueOne has launched its Out of Country Project, taking distribution to the next level by collaborating with international brands with strong global presence. Through this initiative, the company is driving market entry and growth for these brands in India—across both online and offline channels—ensuring wider consumer reach and long-term brand success. Drive new distributor/channel appointments and expansion in assigned markets. Manage and strengthen distribution & retail networks for maximum market coverage. Build strong relationships with regional modern trade partners (e.g., Digi 1 Kohinoor, Sangeetha, Poorvika, Bajaj Electronics, Pai International, Girias, etc.). Manage partnerships with Large Format Retailers (Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance, etc.). Achieve sales targets and execute trade promotions, visibility initiatives, and schemes. Provide market insights, MIS reports, and competitor analysis. Join us to drive distribution growth, build strong retail partnerships, and shape market leadership in the consumer electronics space!

5+ years' experience in consumer durables/electronics/appliances distribution & channel sales. Strong distributor management and retail expansion expertise. Excellent network with modern trade & LFR partners. High ownership, negotiation skills, and market understanding. Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
