We are providing internship in the following domains, broadly:

Technology / Engineering Department

• Knowledge of PHP, MySQL would be an added advantage for selection
• Logical thinking to be more than just having a coding knowledge
• Structured Training to our Machine Learning based Chatbot
• Automation of CRM and Campaign Tools. Lead Nurturing and Conversion process automation
• UI/UX for ERP Product (suggestive criteria)

Marketing and Content Management

• Developing rich content for customer knowledge base (Branded as eVanik Academy). Content should broadly focus on making OneWorld Suite a DIY (Do it Yourself) tool. Content should also have popular keywords, to make it more searchable and intuitive.
• Manage Social Channels and Blogs
• Manage content and pages of front-end website.

Market Research

• Taking live feedback from current customers (Measuring Happiness Index)
• Providing a suggestive framework on "What is Required": Product | Support"
• Competition analysis (Customer Feedback oriented)

Sales and Training

• Provide a robust hand-holding framework to Channel Partners of eVanik Networks
• Train the Trainer approach to Channel Partners
• Drive Lead contact engagement and customer follow up through Channel Partner. Build robust and sustainable framework.
• Suggest Customer Retention strategies and implement post management approval
• Monitor individual productivity of every channel partners' employee, who is involved in eVanik.
• Work closely with Amazon SPN and update regularly.

The duration of the internship will be 90 Days. The internships will start from Monday, 7th May 2018.
