Position Overview: EveoAI is seeking a talented LLM AI Engineer specializing in NLP and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and optimizing advanced NLP models and conversational AI systems. You will work closely with the product management team and report directly to the founders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models and algorithms.
• Create and refine conversational AI systems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Work on-site in Surat with flexibility for remote work in exceptional circumstances.

Qualifications:

• BTech, BE, ME, or MTech in AI, NLP, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputed institution.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer with a focus on NLP and ML.
• Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with conversational AI systems and chatbot development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• Prior experience in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects.
