Roles & Responsibilities:

Counseling skills, including active listening and a non-judgmental approach.

Responsible for making calls and counselling students/parents about abroad education.

Follow up daily calls to maintain relationships with candidates looking for various courses and universities. Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry.

Explain various courses and their benefits to candidates through phone calls.
-
Should be able to work with team to meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly based targets.
Key Skills:
Should have prior experience in MBBS/medical counselling
Should have convincing skills. Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to timelines.
Basic knowledge of computers is a must.
Should have a good command on languages - Telugu and English ( Hindi Or any other language will be added advantage to the profile)
