Quality Assurance Engineer

****Essential Skillset:​

• Test Automation: Selenium/Playwright framework.
• Programming: Java and/or Spring Boot.
• Database: MongoDB knowledge.​
• IDE: Eclipse for development.
• API Testing: Rest Assured for API automation.
• Additional skills like CI/CD, Git, and Agile are beneficial.
• Proficient in QA tools, test case scripting, planning, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

**Roles and Responsibilites:**​

• Develop, execute, and mainta​in automated test scripts using Selenium/Playwright.
• Perform requirement analysis, test planning, scripting, and execution.
• Ensure software quality through QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks in Java and/or Spring Boot.
• Conduct API testing using Rest Assured and validate data in MongoDB.
• Utilize Eclipse IDE for test development and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects and improve test coverage.
• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Prioritize and plan testing activities
• Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop, and execute  tests
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
• Track defects and helps troubleshoot errors.
• Perform regression testing
