RMG Coordinator (A2 Band – Sr. Executive)
Role Summary:
Responsible for resource allocation, bench management, and demand fulfillment across projects. Ensures optimal utilization by aligning available talent with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate staffing requests and map resources to project demands
Track and manage bench pool; drive proactive deployments
Support demand validation, interview coordination, and closures
Monitor demand vs supply and plan redeployment of roll-offs
Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards on utilization and allocation
Collaborate with PMO, Delivery, HR, TA, and L&D teams
Skills Required:
Strong Excel/reporting and analytical skills
Good stakeholder coordination and communication
Understanding of resource management / staffing lifecycle
Experience:
2–4 years (RMG / PMO / Workforce Planning preferred)
