Business Development Associate - Renewals

Oversee the entire renewal process for existing customers, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding contract renewals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote loyalty to Bhanzu's offerings. Work closely with customer success, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of customer success and retention strategies. It's an individual contributor role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Laptop is mandatory. Willing to work in a startup environment (fast paced). Willing to work 6 days a week.
