Product Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and user-centric Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity UI design. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to build intuitive, beautiful, and highly functional digital experiences that solve real user problems and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze data to understand customer needs and pain points.
• UX Architecture: Define user journeys, map workflows, and create wireframes that simplify complex tasks.
• UI & Visual Design: Design polished, pixel-perfect interfaces, typography systems, and color palettes that align with our brand.
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate product flows and test assumptions with real users.
• Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers to define requirements and work directly with engineers to ensure design accuracy during production.
• Design System Management: Maintain, scale, and contribute to our internal UI component library and design system.
• Continuous Iteration: Use product metrics, feedback, and A/B test results to continuously improve existing features.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: [X]+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and shipped digital products (web and mobile).
• Tools: Mastery of modern design software, specifically Figma [or Sketch / Adobe XD].
• Technical Mindset: A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and component-based development frameworks (you do not need to code, but you must know how to design for web/mobile constraints).
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate your design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
