FarMart Pantry is embarking on an exciting journey to build a strong presence in the Quick Commerce, E-commerce, and Modern Trade spaces. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual who can take ownership of setting up and scaling our business on these channels from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in the growth of a new and ambitious brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the FarMart Pantry kiosk/stall.
• Interact with customers and communicate our brand values (safety, nutrition, transparency)
• Share product knowledge and sampling information confidently
• Maintain the stall's appearance and ensure cleanliness
• Collect basic customer feedback and report observations
• Collaborate with the marketing and ops team to ensure smooth execution

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as this is a customer-facing role focused on promoting wellness staples)
• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable
• Comfortable working across different locations in Delhi NCR
• Interest in food, wellness, or nutrition is a bonus
• Available to join immediately
