Cloud Support Trainee

Our organization is looking for Cloud Support Trainees with 0-1 years' experience, who would like to develop their career in support capabilities for the online infrastructure through live Support-Chat, Email, and Phone.

Roles

• A detailed understanding of the common technologies found in enterprise IT environments.
• Assist with the daily operations of the cloud department
• Provide support to the clients in terms of AWS and its services
• Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
• Provide technical support for cloud-based issues about Azure, O365 and AWS
• Technology-focused, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Keen interest in learning cloud technologies.
• Analyzing complex and/or sensitive events detected in Cloud environments.
• Independently debug complex product problems.
• Proactively maintain broad knowledge of cloud engineering trends and advancements

Requirements

**-**0 to 1 year experience

**-**Good in oral and verbal communication.

**-**A drive to learn and bring in new ideas, test and implement them

**-**Basic understanding of cloud - Advantageous

**-**Knowledge of networking, AWS,Azure, Cloud Computing

**-**Hands-on experience and understanding in MS office

**-**Basic understanding of customer service.
