Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday )

• Make outbound calls to warm or hot leads to guide them for PR , Job search, tourist visa and convert them into signed clients.
• Deliver clear and accurate information about visa processes, , and eligibility.
• Handle inbound queries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
• Maintain follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
• Able to handle team
