IT Implementation Specialist II

The IT Implementation Specialist is responsible for aligning IT, customer and operational requirements to form a solution that can delivered thru application configuration and product development. The position would be responsible for implementing the FedEx Developed products and 3rd party WMS solutions to meet the defined solution capabilities. Position is responsible for helping develop automated testing to validate the solution. Provides continual feedback into the processes to drive effectiveness and efficiency for high quality solutions and product enhancements.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems.

·       Knowledge in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems and implementations.
·       Experience in database design.
·       Understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
