Product Analyst / Sr. Product Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Analyst / Sr. Product Analyst to join our fast-paced, data-driven gaming team. You will solve high-impact product problems and influence game design, feature strategy, monetization, and retention through deep analytics and experimentation.

This role works closely with Product, UA, Game Design, and Marketing teams to drive measurable business impact.

• Deep understanding of product metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPDAU, Conversion, Engagement, Funnel Drop-offs)
• Data-driven mindset with strong business intuition
• Experience working with gaming or consumer mobile apps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end product analytics for one or more game titles
• Analyze player behavior across onboarding, core loop, progression, monetization, and retention
• Identify growth opportunities across D1, D7, D30 retention and LTV
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and feature experiments
• Build dashboards and automated reporting for real-time decision-making
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and track feature performance
• Work closely with UA to evaluate campaign quality and user cohorts
• Provide insights on level difficulty, economy balancing, and progression curves
• Mentor junior analysts (for Sr. role)

SKILLS

• Advanced SQL (expert level)
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, experimentation frameworks preferred)
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, etc.)
• Understanding of mobile gaming KPIs and cohort analysis
• Experience working with large-scale data (BigQuery preferred)
