Analyst - Mortgage - Legal_R Capital

We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides Mortgage Loan Servicing support to USA clients from Mortgage Finance industry. Reviewing mortgage applications and related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Generating mortgage documents, creating loan packages etc. Collaborating with loan officers, loan processor and closers, to gather missing information if any and resolve any discrepancies. Meeting deadlines for document preparation to facilitate smooth loan closing. Conducting quality checks to eliminate errors in documents. Organizing and maintaining accurate records of all mortgage-related documents. Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding borrower information and sensitive financial data. Utilizing mortgage software such as Docusign BLN etc, document management systems, and other tools efficiently. Identifying and resolving document-related issues to prevent delays in the mortgage closing process. Properly storing and archiving completed mortgage loan documents for future reference and audits.

A range of 0 - 2 years of experience in US mortgage experience Advanced Excel Skills like Pivot Tables, vlookups, hlookups, macros, etc., Demonstrate the ability to review mortgage documents, techniques, filing regulations and guidelines, Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations to senior management. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounts, MBA, M.com or any other Post-Grad Degree in Finance a plus Strong commitment to supporting overseas clients with utmost care. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and business partners of the client. Good team player with greater level of integrity Maintains Strict confidentiality of Client's Data and information. Self-Motivated and Tough task master. Quick learner and continuous learner of new technologies.
