Its approach emphasizes responsiveness, structured flexibility, and certainty of execution to effectively meet the unique needs of borrowers.Role OverviewThe Asset Management Analyst will support the Asset Management team in financial reporting, data analysis, and draw review processes. This role is responsible for preparing quarterly asset reports (QAR), monthly T-12 financial reports, and assisting with billing reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a solid understanding of real estate financial fundamentals.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and maintain initial drafts of Quarterly Asset Reports (QAR) using multiple internal and external data sources.Review and interpret borrower-provided reporting, including:Rent rollsMonthly, quarterly, and T-12 operating statementsExtract, normalize, and input financial data into standardized internal reporting templates.Ensure consistency in formatting, naming conventions, categorizations, and calculation methodologies across reports.Assist with monthly T-12 reporting and billing reconciliation processes.Construction Draw & Documentation ReviewReview General Contractor (GC) and developer draw packages submitted for funding.Reconcile draw requests with supporting documentation, including:Invoices and pay applicationsLien waiversContracts and change ordersVerify accuracy and completeness of documentation prior to funding approval.Data Management & ComplianceMaintain organized financial datasets and reporting files.Follow established reporting templates, internal controls, and formatting standards.Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial submissions and escalate as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a solid understanding of real estate financial fundamentals. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:Financial modelling and cash flow analysisSUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCHData validation and formattingExperience working with financial statements and structured datasets.Familiarity with Yardi Debt Manager, servicing systems, and Workday (preferred but not required).Understanding of real estate financial concepts such as rent, operating expenses, and Net Operating Income (NOI).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work within standardized templates and follow established reporting procedures.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
