Credit Analyst_RBI

We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst with a strong background in U.S. Residential Private Lending. Conduct end-to-end Processing / Initial Underwriting of residential private lending loans to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion. Review and analyze key documents including property appraisals, insurance policies, credit reports, title documents, and other supporting documentation. Evaluate loans across multiple asset classes, including:Ground-Up Construction (New Construction)Fix & FlipBridge LoansDSCR Rental LoansIdentify credit, collateral, and capacity risks based on borrower profile and loan structure.Coordinate and communicate with multiple departments to obtain required information, clear outstanding conditions, and ensure files meet internal policies and guidelines.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with lending standards and company procedures.Prepare detailed summaries and findings for Underwriters and Management.Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) to manage loan data, track progress, and prepare reports.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing loan files, analyzing risk, validating documentation, and ensuring files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company guidelines. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams to move loans efficiently through the pipeline.
