Full Stack Software Engineer - TKC

Full Stack Software Engineer at FinacPlus is seeking a skilled professional to join a high-performing team delivering mortgage back-office platforms and modern software products for Toorak Capital Partners. You will work across frontend and backend systems, contributing to scalable, cloud-native applications used in real-world financial operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade systems, modern architectures, and close collaboration with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include developing and maintaining cloud-based web applications using React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript, collaborating with UX designers, delivering clean and well-documented code, working with cross-functional teams, optimizing application performance, applying micro-frontend and microservices architecture principles, and using analytics frameworks. This is a rare opportunity to build mission-critical technology platforms for a leading mortgage finance industry player. The role is located in Bangalore, offering a hybrid work environment (3 days in office) with timings of 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST and competitive compensation.

Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant libraries and frameworks. Solid understanding of microservices and micro-frontend architectures. Strong grasp of distributed systems, scalability, availability, and cloud-native design patternsv. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and scalable data design. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with high attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
