We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Laundry Manager to join our team at Finesse Industrial Laundry. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work when required. The Laundry Manager will play a critical role in overseeing daily laundry operations, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and ensuring that our services consistently exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and packaging, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize efficiency.

• Lead, train, and motivate the laundry team to maintain high performance and productivity levels.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier customer service and prompt resolution of any issues.

• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with operational protocols and safety regulations.

• Analyze workflow and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and service quality.

• Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business goals and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in laundry services or a similar operational role.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for team leadership and collaboration.

• Ability to work independently and remotely as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in industrial laundry operations or related industries is highly desirable.

• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
