Finkraft.ai is an AI + fintech company solving real enterprise finance problems — GST/VAT recovery, travel-invoice reconciliation, compliance, and AI-led financial workflows — for clients and partners including BCG, Bain & Company, Coca-Cola, Tata Group, World Bank, Abbott, Kohler and Qatar Airways.

This is a Founder's Office seat for sharp, AI-native generalists. You join through a short, paid work-trial, take on a real high-stakes mission alongside the founders, and are judged on what you actually do — not your past title or CTC. The standout performer becomes Chief of Staff; everyone who clears the bar is mapped to a Founder's Office role in Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, or Account Management.

Two ways to be great

• Analysis — read a problem precisely, structure the mess, weigh options, and use AI (especially Claude) to turn ambiguity into clean, decision-ready answers.
• Coordination — reach people, build momentum, follow through, and bring energy to every room and call.

You'll help the Founder's Office find and engage the exceptional people who'll build our next chapter — mapping the market for live roles, reaching out to standout people, reading genuine interest, and driving openings forward. It's the cleanest test of Analysis and Coordination we know — the test environment, not your destination.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience; sharp generalists from any background welcome.
• Strong judgment and ownership — you close loops without being chased.
• A clear writer and a clear thinker.
• AI-native — you use tools like Claude to move faster and think better.
• Fast to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and startup pace.
• Trustworthy with sensitive information.
• Able to be on-site in Bengaluru (HSR Layout), ready to join meetings and calls in person — and reliably on time.
• Bring your own laptop; you won't use an employer device for the trial.
